These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.sozogoods.com and your purchase of products or services from Sozo Goods.

Sozo Goods is operated by Sozo Goods LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Sozo Goods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting content, communicating with us, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use the website for a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for and bind that party.

You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system

  • Upload malicious code

  • Use automated systems to scrape or misuse website content

  • Impersonate another person or business

  • Submit illegal or rights-infringing content

  1. STORE INFORMATION AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We try to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, measurements, and size information.

Colors and appearance may vary because of:

  • Screen settings

  • Lighting

  • Materials

  • Garment construction

  • Printing processes

  • Manufacturing variations

Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.

If a material pricing, description, or availability error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected product and issue the applicable refund.

  1. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation means that we received your order request. It does not guarantee that we have accepted or will fulfill the order.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment problems

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Prohibited customer content

  • Inability to fulfill the requested customization

  • Suspected resale, abuse, or unlawful activity

  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable canceled amount to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable product price, taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts clearly disclosed at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.

  1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND FINAL APPROVAL

Custom products are created using the selections, text, files, photographs, images, designs, instructions, and preview that you submit or approve.

Before submitting or approving a custom order, you must carefully review the:

  • Product type

  • Size and color

  • Quantity

  • Spelling, capitalization, and punctuation

  • Names and dates

  • Uploaded images and image quality

  • Design and placement

  • Image orientation

  • Product preview

  • Special instructions and order notes

By submitting or approving a custom design, you authorize Sozo Goods to manufacture the product using the information and preview you approved.

Selecting a standard size or color for an ordinary, non-custom product does not by itself make that product custom unless it is clearly identified as custom, personalized, printed-to-order, or made-to-order before purchase.

Once production begins, a custom product cannot be changed or canceled and is final sale, except when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order because of a Sozo Goods error.

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND PERMISSIONS

You retain ownership of photographs, images, artwork, names, text, logos, and other content that you submit.

You grant Sozo Goods and the service providers used to fulfill your order a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, resize, crop, adjust for production, reproduce, print, store, and otherwise use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Review your order

  • Prepare a product preview

  • Produce and fulfill your order

  • Deliver the product

  • Provide customer support

  • Maintain necessary business and legal records

We will not use customer-uploaded photographs, artwork, or designs in advertising without separate permission.

You represent that:

  • You own the submitted content or have permission to use it

  • You have authority to allow us to produce the requested product

  • The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights

  • The content is not illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited

  • Your requested use does not violate applicable law

We may refuse or cancel content or an order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or another person’s rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from content you supplied or instructed us to use.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS REPORTS

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, page designs, product presentations, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sozo Goods and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and communication with us.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce website content

  • Scrape or collect website information

  • Modify or distribute our content

  • Sell or commercially exploit our content

  • Use our logo, name, or designs in a misleading manner

If you believe material on our website infringes your rights, email sozogoods7@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your contact information

  • Identification of the protected work

  • The exact website location of the disputed material

  • A good-faith explanation of your concern

  • Proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner

We may request additional information before acting on a report.

  1. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND DELAYS

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly identify a service as guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

For custom orders, processing may not begin until we have received payment, usable customer content, required information, and final design approval.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping date. You will have the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped product or order for a full and prompt refund of the applicable amount.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer only as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Custom and personalized products are final sale after production begins, subject to remedies for damage, defects, incorrect products, Sozo Goods errors, and legal rights that cannot be waived.

  1. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By affirmatively opting in and providing your mobile telephone number, you consent to receive text messages from Sozo Goods, also known as Sozo Goods LLC.

Messages may include:

  • Customer-support responses

  • Replies to your inquiries

  • General two-way communication

  • Custom-design questions or approvals

  • Order information

  • Requested updates

Promotional or marketing messages will be sent only when you provide any separate consent required for those messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, order activity, and communications with us. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service may not be available on every device or carrier.

You are responsible for providing a valid telephone number that you control and for notifying us if the number changes or is reassigned.

  1. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, FREE SHIPPING, AND GIFT CARDS

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and gift cards may have additional terms, exclusions, quantity limits, or expiration rules where permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated:

  • Offers cannot be combined

  • Offers do not apply retroactively

  • Discounts are not redeemable for cash

  • Free-shipping offers apply only to eligible orders and shipping methods

  • Promotional offers may be limited to one customer, account, household, or order

We may correct promotional misuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious promotional or pricing error. If we cancel an affected order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

  1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, suggestion, testimonial, or other non-confidential feedback for publication, you grant Sozo Goods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and adapt that submission in connection with our business.

You represent that your submission:

  • Is truthful

  • Reflects your genuine experience

  • Does not violate another person’s rights

  • Is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or misleading

We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. We are not required to publish every submission.

  1. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls for that issue.

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, communications providers, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control. This provision does not limit any responsibility that applicable law places on Sozo Goods.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its online features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that website access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products remain subject to their written descriptions and any express warranty provided with them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sozo Goods LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or an order.

For a claim involving a product or order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Sozo Goods LLC from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Content you supplied or instructed us to use

  • Your unlawful misuse of the website

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our wrongful conduct or cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If the consumer-protection laws where you live provide mandatory rights, those rights remain available and are not waived by these Terms.

  1. CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce one provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Sozo Goods.
